Please write down this number and store it in a safe place.
From this point Marine Magnetics will do the following:
- Track your shipment to make sure it reaches us; provided the tracking number was supplied.
- Evaluate the return and provide you with a quotation for repair purposes. If this is a warranty repair we will repair the unit and ship it promptly. If it is not, we will issue a quotation to you via email, prior to the commencement of the repair.
Upon receipt of your PO the repair will be completed promptly; the shipment will be dispatched as per the information you provided on the original RMA request form.
