PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW BEFORE SHIPPING YOUR PRODUCTS:
1. Please note that Marine Magnetics will NOT clear your goods in Canada. Prior to sending your shipments please mention to your freight forwarder or courier service that they have to clear the shipment on your behalf when the goods arrive in Canada. Please make it clear to your freight company that the receiver (Marine Magnetics) will NOT clear the goods on your behalf. It is the shipper’s sole responsibility for the goods to arrive at our facilities.
2. Please ensure that you have the correct documentation accompanying the shipment. For proper documentation we have created a commercial invoice for your use (see link below). It contains our ship to address and instructions to the carrier that will expedite your shipment.
3. If you wish to use your own commercial invoice, please make sure the following disclaimers are clearly shown on the invoice:
  1. NOTE: Freight terms DDP, all transportation and customs clearance fees are payable by the shipper.
  2. NOT FOR RESALE: Canadian Goods being returned to the manufacturer in Canada for repair, i.e. Marine Magnetics RMA #: XXXXXX-XXX
4. On your waybill please make sure to mark the “duties and taxes” section correctly by indicating that the duties and taxes are payable by the shipper. Shipments that have incorrectly completed waybills or commercial invoices could be refused.

If you are shipping a magnetometer, or a sensor with 0.01nT sensitivity, we will have to apply for an export permit to ship it back to you.
